J\u00e1 em junho de 2020, o \u00edndice havia ficado em 0,14%. Com o resultado&nbsp;de junho&nbsp;deste ano, o Sinapi acumula taxas de infla\u00e7\u00e3o de 11,38% no ano e de 20,92% em 12 meses. O custo da constru\u00e7\u00e3o por metro quadrado chegou a R$ 1.421,87.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e3o de obra teve alta de 2,60% e passou a custar R$ 592,68 por metro quadrado.
