Em sua decis\u00e3o, o juiz Marcelo Machado da Costa, da 29\u00aa Zona Eleitoral de Petr\u00f3polis, rejeitou os pedidos de impugna\u00e7\u00e3o feitos pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Eleitoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na senten\u00e7a, o magistrado acatou as alega\u00e7\u00f5es da defesa de Bomtempo e entendeu que foram preenchidos todos os requisitos previstos na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Isto posto, julgo improcedente a impugna\u00e7\u00e3o formulada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Eleitoral e rejeito as not\u00edcias de inelegibilidade.
